--- PAYMENT and REFUND POLICY ---
All lessons and package deals must be paid for prior to the commencement of the first lesson. We accept cash, EFTPOS and direct deposit (funds must be cleared before lesson time).
Completed unpaid lessons- A 10% LATE FEE will apply to all invoices that are OVERDUE!
Any refunds will be made with the deduction of lessons already completed equivalent to any lesson packages.

Confirmation texts will only be sent for truck lessons only. A non reply will result in the lesson being cancelled.

Confirmation texts will not be sent for car students.
Students are expected to record their lessons and enter them into their diary.
--- CANCELLATION POLICY ---
CANCELLATIONS - must be made via phone or text (with name attached). Email cancellations will not be accepted as they can be sent to spam and not received.
Students that fail to show up for their lesson and fail to notify the office or instructor will have a lesson deducted from their package deal.
